RICARDO WAS RE-FILLING DOZER WITH TRANSMISSION OIL, WHEN HE WAS COMING DOWN HE STEPPED ON DOZER TRACK AND SLIPPED. HE HURT HIS BACK BUT DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR THAT DAY, IT CONTINUED TO BOTHE R HIM SO HE WENT TO DR. ROBERT PATE ON FEB. 18, 1983. HE IN TURN SENT HIM TO DR. ERIC WILSON. HE WAS ADVISED TO STAY AWAY FROM WORK FOR TWO WEEKS.
