CRUSHER LABORER JUMPED OFF A PILE OF DIRT & STRAINED HIS RIGHT KNEE. HE THOUGHT HE WOULD BE ALRIGHT SO HE DIDN'T REPORT THE INCIDENT. HIS KNEE CONTINUED TO BOTHER HIM SO HE WENT TO THE DR TO H AVE IT CHECKED.

AS EE WAS CLIMBING DOWN FROM A FEED BELT, HE MISSED HIS FOOTING AND FELL. EE FELL AGAINST A SUPPORT BEAM STRIKING HIS LOWER BACK. *IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT EE DID NOT REPORT THIS ACCIDENT TO TH E EMPLOYER UNTI 7-31-00.
