EE was refueling a 990 CAT Loader. When finished, EE stepped down from the access ladder onto a 5" by 5" rock, lost EE's balance and fell down. EE sustained bruising, swelling and abrasions to EE's right knee, forearm and wrist.

UNHOOKING TRAILER FROM TRUCK, HE WAS ON THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER TO PULL OUT KING PIN AND HIS LEFT FOT SLIPPED OFF THE EDGE OF TRAILER. HE WAS LIFTING HIS LEFT FOOT BACK ON THE TRAILER TO GAIN BALANCE AND HIT HIS SHIN ON THE EDGE. PUNCTURE WOUND ON LEFT LEG SHIN AREA.
