THE EE HAD CLIMBED TO BOARDING PLATFORM ON 773 CAT TRUCK AND JUST PRIOR TO ENTERING THE CAB HE REACHED FOR THE SAFETY GRAB IRON AND MISSED CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE PRECEEDING THE FALL.
