EMP STEPED ONTO THE DISCA'RGE PIPE OF THE SUMP TO CAUGHT A S AMPLE WHEN HE STEPED BACK DOWN HIS FOOT SLIPED OFF THE PIPE AND FEL BACK STRIKING HIS RIGHT ELBOW ON THE FRAME OF THE SUMP AND F ALLING TO THE FLOR. THE HOSPITAL CLEANED AND DRESSED THE WOUND AND RTW. 2 DAYS LATER WE SENT HIM TO HAVE THE ELBOW CHECKED, DR STATED GHE ELBOW WAS SEVERLY INFECTIVE AND RECC. NO WORK FOR 5
