No one on site witnessed the accident. It is presumed that EE fell off the ladder of the 777D EE was driving at the end of the shift. EE remembers nothing from the fall or the events that took place after. Said nothing about the fall when talking w/management, but complained of back pains and drove home. No one was aware of the fall until checking in with EE after hours.

Showing all 2Was walking on concrete and missed the step off and rolled right ankle. EE worked the rest of shift, no problems, was off 9/30/19 for personal day, came back 10/1/19. Sent to medical and put on light duty on 10/1/19. Came back to work and given return to full duty on 10/7/19. Will report on 4th Quarter injuries report. Did not miss work for ankle.
