Employee alleges he leaned under the portable jaw crusher frame to look at the discharged conveyor belt, which was not tracking properly, when he slipped in the mud. He reached out to catch himself and grabbed the roll of a troughing idler, injuring his hand. The conveyor is guarded by location and has a proper skirt board.

EE ALLEGES HE HAD PUT A SMALL STEP LADDER AND A ROPE AT FOOT OF TRAILER TO ENTER AND RETRIEVE PARTS. HE PUT HIS FOOT ON LADDER AND HE FELL DOWN SO HE JUMPED FROM THE TRAILOR TO THE GROUND.
