THE EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING UP THE SIDE OF THE CRUSHER. HE LEANED AGAINST A LOOSE BAR AND LOST HIS BALANCE, AND JUMPED 7 FEET TO THE GROUND. THE GROUND WAS FROZEN, AND THE EMPLOYEE LANDED ON THE HEELS OF HIS FEET, BRUISING THEM.
