EE jumped down from a storage trailer that was approximately 4 feet in height. When EE landed, left knee gave out. After visiting the doctor following the incident, EE was returned to work with restrictions that still allowed EE to perform EE's job duties. On August 11th, EE had an MRI conducted and it was discovered that EE had a torn ACL and meniscus in left knee.

Employee was performing his pre-shift workplace exam and slipped on a patch of ice. The area was sanded and he stepped on the sanded ice but his right leg slipped. He strained his right knee.

EE was using a jackhammer to clean inside a hopper when he decided to sit and take a break to wipe sweat from his head. He removed his hard hat and gloves and wiped sweat off. When he stood up, he slipped. When he slipped, he grabbed onto a piece of metal in the hopper to prevent the fall and the metal cut his left hand. The laceration required 5 stitches to close.

EE was drilling holes for the next shot. When he exited the cab of the drill to check one of his holes, he stepped too close to the edge of the bluff and slid over the edge. Hairline fracture - left foot.
