WHILE REPLACING "PRESSED" SHEETS, I.NAME INADVERTENTLY WALKED TOO CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE WALKWAY. SHE STEPPED INTO THE OUTLET OF AN EW CELL. AS HER RIGHT LEG WENT DOWN INTO THE OUTLET, HER KNEE STRUCK A SHARP OBJECT WHICH LACERATED HER RIGHT KNEE.
