HE WAS REMOVING TWO BARRELS FROMT EH SHED. THE BARREL WAS 1/3 FULL. HE WAS TOLD TO DUMPT THEM INTO OTHER BARRELS. HE WENT TO DUMP THE BARREL ADN IT WAS TOO HEAVY AND HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND THE BARREL HIT HIS RIGHT WRIST AND FELL TO THE GROUND.

STARTED TO RUN UP THE STAIRS AT THE REAR DOOR ENTRENCE OF THE OFFICE. THE INNER SIDE OF THE BALL OF HER LEFT FOOT STRUCK THE EDGE OF THE STEP. SHE STARTED TO FALL, BUT GRABBED THE RAILING WH ICH CAUSED HER LOWER BACK TO TWIST. WRENCHING THE RIGHT HIP AND LOWER RIGHT ABDOMEN.
