THE DRIVERS TRUCK WASN'T POSITIONED IN A NORMAL WEIGHING POSITION AND WHEN HE RETURNED TO HIS TRUCK HE WALKED OFF THE END OF THE SCALES. HE FELL 3 1/2 FEET ONTO CONCRETE.
