THE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS SETTING UP THE SURVEYING INSTRUMENT OVER A POINT AND WAS LOOSENING A TRIPOD LEG TO ADJUST WHEN HE SLIPPED ON SOME LOOSE ROCKS AND FELL TOWARDS THE INSTRUMENT AN D THE INSTRUMENT FELL TOWARDS HIM STRIKING HIM IN THE MOUTH.
