Associate was walking up stairway and the top stair tread gave way causing him to jar his left leg and land on his buttocks on the landing. On September 6th, he went to All Cities Medicines and was diagnosed with a sprain achilles tendon and given restricted duty. Associate had the same achilles injured on 08/30/2010 and was a LTA with surgery.
