Showing all 6Today, January 26, 2021, the employee indicates that when employee finished work schedule on Sat., January 23, 2021, employee cleaned the cab & the ladder of the truck with water. As employee was getting out of the truck, employee slipped & grabbed the handrail. In those moments employee felt pain in left arm & back. The employee did not report to work on Mon., January 26, 2021.
The crew dedicated to the primary plant, including EE, was doing adjustments to the primary apron feeder. EE left the area where the rest of the employees were working and went towards the area where the guard of pulley of the feeder, removed at the time for adjustments. EE allegedly tripped on his own feet and hurt his hand on the motor sheave.
THE MINER WAS WASHING HIS TRUCK WHILE STANDING ON THE BALCONY. HE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND INJURING HIS LEFT ELBOW
WHEN EMPLOYEE WAS GOING DOWN OFF THE MACHINE FOR COVER A HE FELT PAIN IN HIS BACK.
