OPERATOR NORMALLY JUMPS FROM THE TRACK TO THE GROUND, BUT FORGOT THAT THE TRACKS WERE RAISED, ADDING ANOTHER SIX INCHES TO THE DISTANCE. RIGHT UPPER LEG COULD HAVE HIT THE TRACKS.
