EMPLOYEE STEPPED OUT OF THE WORK VAN AND SLIPPED ON THE STAIRS. HIS RIGHT THUMB HIT THE STAIRS WHEN HE FELL AND WAS SPRAINED. THE STAIRS WERE SLICK WITH MUD AND SNOW AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT USING THE HAND RAIL.
