Worker was fueling the fuel barge at the shore dock. The worker, rather than set up the cat walk to access the fuel barge, jumped from the shore to the fuel barge. He miscalculated the distance and bumped his right knee on the edge of the catwalk latch, puncturing a 1/2 inch hole, just above his right knee-cap, requiring 3 stitches.
