Showing all 5Technician was removing a 29.5X25 tire from the right rear position, after the tire came off the wheel, tech was setting the tire on the ground which cause the chain to loosen causing the tire to dislodge and strike the technician and caused EE to loose EE's balance and fall to the ground, landing on remote control strapped to EE's shoulders causing the fractures to the pelvis.
