Employee stated EE was handing a section of screen media to another employee, EE needed to step on the electric motor for the stationary screen to get high enough to hand the screen media to the other employee, when EE stepped on the electric motor EE slipped and EE's knee buckled, EE continued working and never said EE hurt self
