Showing all 38Employee was changing bits on undercutter. While changing the bits, employee tripped on a piece of rock, causing EE to fall against the undercutter bar. When falling against the cutter bar, employee bruised EE's left hand.
Employee was hand scaling the mine roof when EE stepped into a hole in the mine floor. Employee sprained right knee.
