EE WORKING ON INSTALLING CATWALK ON CONE CRUSHER. MISSED OBJECT WITH SLEDGE HAMMER CAUSING HIM TO LOOSE HIS BALANCE. JUMPED TO GROUND FROM HEIGHT OF APPROX 6 1/2', LANDING ON A SMALL ROCK WITH RIGHT FOOT. CAUSED BRUISING TO HEEL AND FRACTURE OF TOE. EE WAS OFF WORK FOR 4 DAYS, 3 OF WHICH WERE WAITING TO GET IN TO SEE A DR QUALIFIED TO READ AN X-RAY.
