EE STEPPED OFF A HI-LO TO SET UP BAGGING MACHINE AND HE SLIPPED ON WET FLOOR DUE TO RAINY CONDITIONS AND A LEAK IN THE ROOF. EE DID THE SPLITS CAUSING INJURY TO BOTH SIDES OF GROIN AREA.

EE WAS STANIDNG ON A LADDER WITH HANDRAIL. HE TURNED TO STEP DOWN AND FELL OFF. EE HIT THE FLOOR INJURING LEFT HAND. EE WENT TO CLINIC AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A SPRAIN. FURTER XRAYS REVEALED IT W AS FRACTURED. EE WAS CASTED ON 5-17-99.
