HE CAME BACK TO WORK ON THE SAME DAY WITH NO RESTRICTIONS & WAS TO BE RECHECKED ON 10/17/02. HE WAS NOT RECHECKED. ON 11/11/02 HE WENT TO THE ER FROM HIS HOME WITH BACK PAIN & IS OUT OF WORK UNTIL 11/13/02 WHEN THEY WILL RECHECK HIM. (TALKED W/PAT FLINTON IN ALB. OFFICE)
