THE EMPLOYEE UNHOOKED HIS SAFETY HARNESS LANYARD TO CLIMB DOWN THE LADDER THAT HE WAS USING TO REPAIR OVERHEAD FAN. THE EMPLOYEE HOOKED THE LANYARD HOOK ON THE HARNESS CHEST STRAP. EE WAS CLIMBING OUT OF FLOTATION CELL-02 APPROX 48"X50" IN HEIGHT) AND HIS LEFT FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LEFT KNEE. THE KNEE HAD BEEN OPERATED ON SURGERY PRIOR TO EE WITH THIS CANOPY.
