THE EMPLOYEE UNHOOKED HIS SAFETY HARNESS LANYARD TO CLIMB DOWN THE LADDER THAT HE WAS USING TO REPAIR OVERHEAD FAN. THE EMPLOYEE HOOKED THE LANYARD HOOK ON THE HARNESS CHEST STRAP. THE EMPLOYE E GOT OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE LADDER AND STARTED TO WALK AWAY. THE LANYARD GOT WRAPPED AROUND THIS EMPLOYEE'S KNEE.
