THE EE WAS GETTING OUT OF MAINTENANCE TRUCK. THE WIND BLEW THE TRUCK DOOR CLOSED, CATCHING THE EE'S SHIRT IN THE DOOR CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE & FALL.
