AFTER A GOOD RAIN IT WAS WET AND MUDDY EMPLOYEE CLIMBED UP ON 245 EXCAVATOR WITH MUDDY BOOTS ANDWET CAT WALK SLIPPED AND BRUISED HIS KNEE.
WALKING DOWN SLOPE OF ROCK SURFACE, MUD COLLECTED ON BOOTS CAUSING HIM TO SLIP & FALL. HE CAUGHT HIMSELF WITH LEFT HAND, BONE POPPED IN LEFT SHOULDER. AS HE GOT UP BONE POPPED AGAIN.
