The employee was crossing a steel saw track when he slipped and twisted his knee. At that time, the employee complained of pain but did not see the need to go to the doctor. Ultimately, the pain did not subside and the employee went to the doctor. After a couple visits an MRI was done which showed a torn ligament in his right knee.

INJURED WAS MOV3NG FIREWOOD ON LEDGE. INJURED HAD PUT AN OLD PINE 2X6 ACROSS CORE HOLE. INJURED STEPPED ONTO 2X6 AND IT BROKE. HE FELL ABOUT 13 1/2 FT.
