Ee was walking beside a belt line when he tripped and fell. On the way down, his hand hit a belt roller and broke a bone in his hand. With proper medical care and therapy, his hand healed well and he is back to work no restrictions.

Ee fell in a hole and bent the right hand backwards. Ended up with bones cracked in his fingers. Only missed one day, returned with no problems.

Ee was crossing the beltline when he slipped and fell to the ground, landing on his knee. After a doctor's visit, it ended up as only strained and bruised. He missed three shifts of work and returned with no problems.

Ee stepped off a loader and hurt his leg. X-rays at the doctor's office revealed a bone cracked. He will be off for a while.

EE was unloading a bucket of grease from the mechanic's truck when he slipped and fell. He hurt his right knee. The doctor has not made a diagnosis yet.

EE slipped and fell on ice while getting into a company vehicle. He fell on his buttock and back. It caused such a bruise that it set up an infection. He had to be hospitlaized and surgery was performed to remove the infection. He is now doing well and should be back to work in a few days.

EE was walking when he slipped and fell. He has a chest wall bruise. This causes pain, but no physical problems. A few days of rest is all the doctor prescribed.

Ee was on a ladder hanging a curtain when the ladder broke causing him to fall. He hit on his head and shoulder, but all tests and x-rays were good. He was given two days off and returned to work as planned.

EE was preparing to work on a shaker when he slipped and fell from it falling about 8 feet onto the concrete floor. The fall broke a bone in his elbow. Surgery was required. Healing time is unknown, but it will be several weeks.

Ee was closing a car door when he slipped and fell hurting his side and ribs. He had no real problems and came back to work after 2 days off.

Ee stepped off scoop and twisted his knee and foot. X-rays revealed a broken bone in his foot. No surgery required, only a cracked bone, but will be off regular duty for a few weeks.
