Employee tripped and fell into the ATRS while roof bolting.

EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN BELT WALKWAY, SLIPPED AND FELL. HE TRIED TO CATCH HIMSELF BUT ENDED UP JERKING HIS BODY AND LEGS. THE FULLE EXTENT OF INJURY IS NOT KNOWN AT PRESENT TIME. HE IS OFF W ORK AND SCHEDULED FOR X-RAYS AND DOCTORS IN JULY.
WHILE CROSSING THE BELT LINE ON A WOODEN BRIDGE, EE SLIPPED/ TRIPPED ON A PIECE OF ROCK AND FELL BACKWARDS, HITTING ON HIS BACK. PLEASE NOTE, ATFIRST GLANCE, IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THIS REPORT I S LATE. IT DID NOT QUALIFY TO BE REPORTED AT FIRST. EE DID NOT GO TO DOCTOR UNTIL 5-23-02 (THEREWAS NOT EVEN ANY FIRST AID GIVEN)
