EMPLOYEE WAS PR9PARING TO DO REPAIR WORK ON LAODER BUCKET. AS HE WAS WALKING THE CATWALK FROM THE CAB TOWARDS THE AREA AT THE FRONT OF THE LOADER, EMPLOYEE SLIPPED ON CATWALK. HIS FOOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE FRA4E AND CATWALK AS HE WAS FALLING, EMPLOYEE WEIGHT FALLING BROKE HIS LEG.
