THE EMPLOYEE WA8 STANDING ON A METAL LADDER WHICH WAS LEANED AGAINST AN OIL TANK OF AN EIGHTY-FIVE TON ROCK TRUCK.THE LADDER SLIPPED AND CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE'S LEFT KNEE TO BUCKLE AS HE FELL TO THE GROUND.THE3FIRST WORKDAY LOST WAS 10-30-87.

THE EMPLOYEE HA8 BEEN PUTTING A STARTER ON A D-9 CATEPILLAR DOZER. AS HE STEPPED DOWN TO THE GROUND HE SLIPPED ON THE SNOW COVERED GROUND AND SPRAINED HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
