THE EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING A FROST COVERED LADDER IN ORDER TO GREASE THE DRAGLINE. HIS FOOT SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO FALL AGAINST THE GUARD RAIL, STRIKING HIM IN THE RIBS AND UPPER STOMACH ARE A. THE INJURED AREA IS SORE AND SWOLLEN DUE TO THE ACCUMULATION OF LIQUID AT THE INJURY.
