INJURED LOST HIS BALANCE AND TO KEEP FROM FALLING ON HIS FACE HE JUMPED OFF THE SHOVEL TO THE GROUND.HE DID NOT THINK HE WAS HURT AND DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.HOWEVER HIS LEG CONTINUED T O GIVE HIM PAIN AND ON NOV 15 HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR FOR TESTS.INJURED WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON FRIDAY MORNING AND RETURNED TO WORK IN THE AFTERNOON.
