OEPRATOR HAD JUST PARKED EQUIPMENT AT MAINTNENANCE GARAGE SHOP, AND WAS PREPARING TO DISEMBARK FORM OEPRATING AREA/CAB. HE STEPPED DOWN TO THECATWALK AND THEN STEPPED ONTO THE TRACS WHEN HIS FEET SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO SLIDE ON TH TRACS AND ONTO HIS BACKSIDE AND THEN ONTO THE GROUND FEET FIRST.
