EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE HAD BEEN ON HIS KNEES OPERATING CUTTING MACHINE FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND WHEN HE GOT OFF THE MACHINE HIS LEGS WERE ASLEEP. HE STARTED TO WALK AND FELL DOWN STRIK ING HIS BACK ON THE SIDE OF THE CUTTING MACHINE.
