HE STATED THAT APPROX. 6 MONTHS AGO HE WAS WORKING ON THE 2400 DRAGLINE. HE CAUGHT HIS LEFT FOOT AND HIS RIGHT FOOT SLIPPED AND TWISTED HIS KNEE.
