EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE FUEL TRUCK. RAINY/ MUDDY CONDITIONS. AS HE ATTEMPTED TO MOUNT THE REAR DECK OF THE FUEL TRUCK, HIS LEFT FOOT SLIPPED AND HE STRUCK HIS SHIN ON THE EDGE OF THE DECK. THIS RESULTED IN A BRUISED/ SCRAPED AREA APPROX 6" LONG ON HIS SHIN. SWELLING/EDEMA OF AREA OF TIBIA FIBULA.

EE WAS ANSWERING A CALL FROM THE 1570-W DRAGLINE. AS HIS PARTNER DROVE THE WELDING TRUCK TO THE REPAIR SITE, INJURED EE STEPPED FROM THE TRUCK CAB AFTER IT WAS PARKED. AS HE STEPPED DOWN HIS R T FOOT CAME TO REST ON A DIRT CLOD AND THEN TURNED OR ROLLED OVER CAUSING A SPRAIN AND POSSIBLE FRACTURE OF A BONE.
