OILER WAS CLIMBING DOWN OFF THE MACHINE USING CATS AS STAIRS. FACING MACHINE HE THEN SLIPPED FALLING BACKWARDS WITH ONE FOOT STILL IN CATS. HIS TOES BENT FORWARDS FRACTURING HIS BIG TOE ON RIG HT FOOT.
