INJURED WAS HELPING TO REPLACE A BELT HOPPER, HE STEPPED OUT ONTO A BRACED IT BROKE CAUSING HIM TO FALL. WITNESSES STATED THAT HE WAS TOLD TWICE THAT ONE END OF THE BRACE WELDED, THE OTHER WAS LOOSE & HE WAS TOLD TO BE CAREFUL & NOT GET ON THE BRACE.
