EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING OFF MATERIAL THAT WAS ON THE SIDE OF A CHUTE ABOUT 30 INCH OFF OF GROUND LEVEL WHENDUE TO MUD ON HIS SHOES SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND STRIKING HIS RIGHT ELBOW AGAINST GROUND SURFACE.
