EMPL STEPPED ON BELT,SLICK BECAUSE DAMP AND TWISTED LEFT LEG.HAD STRONG PAIN BUT THOUGHT IT WOULD EVENTUALLY GO AWAY.AFTER SEVERAL MOS PAIN NOT STOPPED,EMPL BEEN ADVISED HAS TORN CARTILAGE IN LEFT KNEE WHICH WILL BE REPAIRED THROUGHT SURGERY.EMPL DIDNT REPORT ACCIDENT TO EMPLOYER BUT WE DONT DOUBT THAT ACCIDENT OCCURRED.
