THE INJURED WAS GREASING THE BEARINGS ON THE SHAKER AND AS HE WALKED TO THE FRONT OF THE SHAKER HE TRIPPED OVER A MAT THAT IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE SWITCH GEAR AND HE TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE.
