EMP TRIPPED OVE9 WOOD BLOCK AND STRUCK HEAD AGAINST DOZER ARM AND BRUISED RT KNEE. THE WOOD BLOCK WAS PLACED IN AN AREA BETWEEN BENCH AND VIST, AN AREA APPROX 20 INCHES WIDE AND WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A3WALKING AREA. THE INJURY WAS CONSIDERED TO BE A WHIPLASH TYPE INURY TO THE NECK AREA, CHICH THE ATTENDING DR RECOMMENDED TIME AWAY FROM WORK INJURY WAS RESULT OF EMP STRIKING
