EMPLOYEE WAS ENTERING AN EXCAVATOR, HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON SOME ICE THAT WAS ON THE STEP. EE'S LEG WENT FORWARD & HIS LEFT SHIN WENT INTO THE STEP BELOW HIM. EE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAL ATTN. EE RECEIVED 5 STITCHES TO HIS LEFT SHIN & RETURNED TO WORK THAT SAME DAY.
