YEMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS CARRYING A DRIER SCREEN FOR COAL BASKET, SLIPPED ON A PIECE OF RUBBER BELT CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO FALL, EMPLOYEE'S MIDDLE FINGER ON LEFT HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN SCREEN AND GROUND CAUSING LACERATION REQUIRING 10 STITCHES.
