EMPLOYEE RETURNED FROM UNDERGROUND ON MANTRIP. AS HE STEPPED OUT OF MANTRIP. MUD ON HIS SHOES CAUSED HIM TO SLIP AS HE STEPPED ONTO THE METAL DECK. HE FELL ONTO GROUND ON HIS LEFT KNEE HIS KNEE TOOK ALL THE WEIGHT. HE HIT ON GRAVEL ON THE GROUND. HE SAID IT FELT AS IF HE HAD A KNOT IN HIS KNEE. HE DID NOT MISS ANY WORK UNTIL 10-25-93(NOT IN FOR MED OF LOST DAY UNTIL 11-11-93.
