EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE FEEDER OF A HEAVY MEDIA TANK. HE WAS POSITIONED BETWEEN TWO HEAVY MEDIA TANKS, HIS FOOT SLIPPED. AS EMPLOYEE BEGAN TO FALL HE CAUGHT HIMSELF ON THE TANK WITH HIS RI GHT ELBOW. RESULTING IN A FRACTURED ELBOW.
