WHILE TAKING APART #13 SHAFT ASSEMBLY, INJURED'S FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE LADDER. HIS ARM WAS WRAPPED AROUND THE TOP OF THE LADDER AT THE TIME. DIAGNOSIS, SOFT TISSUE INJURY TO LEFT ARM.
