EMPLOYEE STEPPED OUT OF THE CAB OF HIS TRUCK ONTO THE PLATFORM AND WHEN HE LEANED AGAINST THE HANDRAIL IT BROKE AND HE FELL ABOUT 8-10' TO THE GROUND.
