Showing all 15The roof bolter started in a standing position at the inch tram location of the roof bolter. EE dropped down to both knees to re-position the roof bolter. When EE dropped down, EE twisted left ankle resulting in what was originally diagnosed as a sprained ankle.
An employee was attempting to free a stuck airlock door that had been damaged. While pulling back on the door, employee fell backwards on to left ankle resulting in a broken left leg.
