An employee fell to the ground while attempting to cross over the section belt as the group was conducting a power move. The fall resulted in a torn right meniscus.

The roof bolter started in a standing position at the inch tram location of the roof bolter. EE dropped down to both knees to re-position the roof bolter. When EE dropped down, EE twisted left ankle resulting in what was originally diagnosed as a sprained ankle.

An employee was attempting to free a stuck airlock door that had been damaged. While pulling back on the door, employee fell backwards on to left ankle resulting in a broken left leg.

The contracted employee slipped while weed eating on an inclined bank. The slip resulted in a fall down the incline of approximately 4 Feet. The contracted employee stated that EE strained EE's back.

The employee stood up from repairing maintenance work on a shuttle car. When employee stood up, employee struck employee's head against the mine roof. This caused employee to stumble, lose employee's footing, and then sprain employee's left ankle.

Employee was unrolling a 3" water line on the surface area of the mine when he slipped and fell onto his left side and landed on his knee, causing it to twist. The employee, injured on 3-3-14, continued to work at his regular job and did not report the incident until 3-6-14. He was sent to Dr. on 3-7-14 and the Dr. placed employee on restricted duty until further evaluation.
